What is the job about? Enter theWe are looking for an Entry Level ML Engineer/Research Data Scientist. Candidates will be trained in Data Science tools and technologies to help us discover the information hidden in vast amounts of data to make smarter decisions and deliver even better products. Your primary focus will be on building PoCs or MVPs by applying data mining techniques, doing statistical analysis, and building quality prediction systems that can be integrated into or scalable to commercial products. Depending on the project needs, you may be working to automate scoring using machine learning techniques, build recommendation systems, improve and extend the features. Location: Coimbatore Only (Apply only if you are serious to relocate and work in Coimbatore). Responsibilities: Analysing the business problem and arriving on data-driven solutions, that may improve, productivity, efficiency and return on investments(ROI) Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques. Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis Doing the ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner Creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance You may design and develop machine learning and deep learning systems, PoCs, MVPs Run machine learning tests and experiments Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results Skills and Qualifications: 0-3 years experience in object-oriented software programming such as Java, Python Exposure with common data science toolkits, such as R, Python, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, etc Experience in using query languages such as SQL Strong Mathematics and good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc
