We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Must be strong in windows OS installations,patch update,anti virus Installations,Data Backup recovery, Outlook configuration,RIM(remote infra structure Management).
