Job Description:
Setup and maintenance of desktops, laptops, phones, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices. Windows and Apple platforms.
Escalate and work with third level support/ third party vendor on resolution of problem when necessary
Maintain Data Center environmental and monitoring equipment.
Support for a wide range of IT equipment, software and conference room systems. (VIP Meetings) - Video conferencing, and other issues that are related to their business.
Support remotely if necessary (Bomgar) including non-local venues as required
Maintain hardware inventory at assigned locations
Provision new users with hardware, software and account setup
Provide both remote and onsite support for multiple locations
Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems
Respond quickly to malware alerts and location outages
Assist with network connectivity issues
Provide great communication and customer service to company employees, in person and through phone calls and emails
Work on assigned tasks and projects, including hardware and software rollouts
Work with hardware/software vendors when required
Give training when needed to help facilitate users requests and in the implementation of company projects
Provides VPN support including end-user setup and problem
