Vacancy Open For Customer support executives - Telle callers In Bangalore
Job description:
1. Validating the leads on phone & providing the project details to the clients/leads
2. Scheduling the site visits for the prospective leads & coordination with Sales team for the same
3. Follow up with passive leads to arrange the site visits & coordinate with Admin team for Site Visits
4. Generating new leads through references of the existing leads or other sources
5. Follow up with the Customers post Site visit (1st) for 2nd Site Visit or for closure & for feedback for the same
6. Maintain & update the database of the all leads of DIPL projects in regular intervals
7. of Site Visits without fail
8. Update the feedback of the Clients Site visit to Sales Team & Management on regular interval
Skills
1 Good communication skills
2 Should handle Incoming and Outgoing calls fro the customers.
3 Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work
4 should be target focused.
Any Degree
Experience: 1 yr of Fresher ( only females can apply )
