Provide support to the chemical and process sales function during the pre-sales/quote & tender phase; as well as needed after sales services where applicable. Responsible for analyzing sales market data and installed base data to help prioritize services sales opportunities.
1. Working on tenders and creating proposals to achieve sales targets and business development plans
2. Studying Negotiating for advantageous commercial and technical offers with suppliers, resulting in favorable price, terms, conditions and delivery
3. Prepare , Organize and deliver proposal Package consisting of forms, Certifications, Presentations, catalogs, technical and commercial proposals
4. Technical clarification follow-up and responsiveness with end user/client
5. Gather industry intelligence of Iraqi market to inform business decision-making
6. Maintain an accurate commercial record of STCs tendered position by discipline
7. Research suppliers capabilities, identify a pool of candidate suppliers for tender consideration
8. Cross-function coordination to ensure bid requirements as well as tender or project terms and conditions are met
9. Responsible for the on time delivery of a quality bid that meets STC requirements and ensure necessary Due Diligence and bid confidentiality
10. Deal structuring, pricing (including shipping; training; certifications if any etc)
11. Searching for new customers and suppliers
12. Identifying new important manufacturers/suppliers for STC and negotiating with them in becoming reseller or distributor or exclusive agent where applicable
13. Identifying new potential opportunities and creating sales approach for our existent or potential representatives
14. Participate in trainings of products and technologies offered by suppliers we work with and represent
