BlueOptima is the first-mover in providing objective software development productivity metrics. The technology has been implemented by some of the worlds largest organisations including insurance companies, telecoms and nine of the worlds top twelve Universal Banks. This successful product uptake has led to rapid expansion of the company.
Our US offices are in Midtown, NYC and the HQ is in London, UK.
Whom are we looking for?
We are looking for enthusiastic, outgoing and internationally-minded people who are interested in technology, business development and sales. Our position includes a comprehensive training and development program based in NYC but also requires high work ethic and strategic learning capabilities. You will also have the chance to visit our HQ in London, UK.
Location
BlueOptima is headquartered in London, UK (and you will have ample opportunities to visit!). You will be based in New York, US for the position of Business Development Representative.
Responsibilities and Duties
Fill your sales pipeline through outbound activity resulting in new business
Excel at the sales process from end to end while becoming an industry expert
Negotiate deals, contracts and legal documents with C-Suite
Actively on-board new clients and manage your own accounts
Impress clients with your technical knowledge and sales expertise
Participate in technical deep dive session and ongoing sales coaching led by direct managers and senior leadership
Qualifications and Skills
Ideally, you have 1-2 years experience as an SDR in enterprise sales. More importantly is that you come with a high energy work attitude and demonstrate attention to detail. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
