Job Description
Brace is currently seeking a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining new business, primarily outside of North America. Designing and implementing sales strategies targeting large (> $1M) opportunities and meeting sales/margin targets.
As the Business Development Representative, you will report directly to the Business Development Director in the UAE.
Duties & Responsibilities: Design and Implements sales strategies. Takes lead on Business Development (large) opportunities within assigned region through entire sales cycle. Achieves defined sales and gross margin targets. Acts as subject matter expert in their field of expertise. Manages senior client relationships and works with Sales Team to jointly manage mid through senior level client relationships. Calls on potential and existing clients to identify, qualify and influence their current and prospective needs. Educate clients on how Brace Tool services can address their needs. Develops and work on account/territory plans and leads opportunity specific "Capture Plans". Define opportunity "win strategies". Develops network of potential partners within your region. Delivers and contributes to various styles of sales communication (presentations, verbal pitch, proposals etc.) to effectively relate Brace Tool services to potential customer needs. Use sales tools and methods in accordance with Brace Tool specified standards.
Education Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma Business is desired. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Valid driver's license.
Experience 8+ years of well intervention sales experience. Work experience in the oil and gas industry. A record of success closing large opportunities and a strong desire to succeed. Experience in leading and contributing to proposals. Experience working on large sales op
