We are looking for a motivated person for Latin America, based in Mexico, as of October 2019 or by appointment as
Business Development Manager LAM
You will be responsible of the business building across all Latin America, work with and support the charter market for Latin America. You identify business opportunities, acquire and negotiate, lead sales, close business deals and hand it over to the sales team.
You have a completed vocational training in the tourism sector and have several years of work experience in the travel industry (preferably cruising) and in developing marketing and sales strategies. A Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing is a plus. As a successful applicant you show the ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment, demonstrate flexibility, a sense of urgency and your way of working is organised. You can work independently as well as part of a team. You are fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) and have advanced excel and analytical skills. You need to be able to multi task and follow through with all aspects of the role and have excellent problem solving skills.
The role has primary responsibility for the generating new leads and contacts to position our river and ocean cruise products in various existing and new source markets in LAM.
