We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Business Development Manager/Executive to join our new team. This person should be a self-starter and able to work in an independent manner. As an Business Development Manager/Executive of our Singapore office, you will be responsible for developing and assisting new business in market places.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prospecting for new clients in both online and offline environments
* Tracking and recording business development pipelines
* Prepare pitch materials or SOW documents for communicating with potential clients
* Assist to coordinate various business development meetings
* Presenting credentials for all RTG Business Consulting potential clients
* Assist in marketing and promoting publicity for RTG Business Consulting
* Other responsibilities as assigned related to business development and strategy implementation.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 3 years relevant work experience with business development or sales functions
* Sociable and genuine personality
* Self-motivated, can work independently, and collaboratively with multiple objectives
* Excellent presentation skills
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
* Marketing Communications / Agency experience preferred
