Roles & Responsibilities
1.To identify potential customers and new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
2.Lead Generation and Research for potential clients
3.Calling to Clients, Arrange meeting with clients
4.To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
5.To build and maintain strong client relationships
6.Promotion on and updating of existing media platforms;
7.Tenders search and related filings, meetings, presentations;
8.Preparation of and vendor coordination for promotional materials
Major Duties & KRAs
1. Achieving Business Development & Sales Targets
To ensure high level of customer centricity and focus towards achieving business development goals.
To be accountable for expanding the client base and growing existing accounts assigned.
To be accountable for P & L results and profitability of projects and accounts.
2. Enhancing Process Integration & Cost Optimization
Continually explore and exploit opportunities to improve profitability by leveraging the stateside editorial capabilities coupled with offshore production, art and digital capabilities to the fullest extent.
Need to liaison, collaborate, integrate and synergize with teams internal teams.
Need to coordinate business development and sales activities with multiple functions such as Editorial Development, Design, Art & Production Management.
3. Ensuring Customer Satisfaction through effective CRM
Effectively coordinate and collaborate with the Ops Team to ensure customer satisfaction through quality of service and deliverables coupled with on time delivery
Ensure high focus on customers in growing the business
Engage regularly with the customer base to nurture relationships and carry out initiatives as appropriate
Effectively coordinate and collaborate with the Ops Team to ensure that proactive planning for capacity and resources is
