Application Administrator Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Identifying the potential consequences of a change, or estimating what needs to be modified to accomplish a change in the Master Database.
- Responsible to develop set of input values, execution precondition, expected results and executed post condition to cover certain test condition and test procedure for enhancement, change requests and patch releases.
- Responsible to develop operation process workflow diagrams and flow charts for systems.
- Execute application testing from User Acceptance Testing and End-to-End Testing before validate application releases.
- Responsible to manage vendor on the system issues and ensure vendors to resolve the issues within SLA.
- Facilitate the project meeting with various stakeholders, Vendors and project team to streamline system and operational process.
- Responsible to carry out implementation for shipboard application systems.
- Responsible to perform quality check on the database for completeness and accuracy.
- To conduct application training to the end-user groups.
- Responsible to support day-to-day system issues and service request.
Requirement
- Min 3 years of working experience with Bachelor Degree in Computer Scie
