Urgent vacancy for Inbound Tech Support Process

Shift timing 8pm-6am(No streatch hours)

Responsibilities and Duties
Handling incoming calls & selling technical support subscription plans to the customers.
Interact with the customers to resolve their queries related with hardware/software issues.
Taking inbound calls from customers regarding their pop up issues,
Taking remote access of customer's computer & diagnosing the problems
Convert the customer calls into sales
Will be responsible for ATTAINING daily, weekly and monthly Sales Targets
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication & convincing skills with fluency in English
Candidates with minimum 6 months experience in inbound Tech Support can apply.
Candidate should be flexible working with Night Shift
Candidate should have an enthusiasm to learn and earn.
Candidate must know how to take the transfer and make a sale.
