PRODUCT-POINT OF SALE / EDC SWIPING MACHINE
- The Area Sales Manager needs to oversee the Sales Team.
- Hire Sales personnel as per sanctioned head count approval and maintain Field Sales Officer requirement
- Participates in strategic planning to optimize the sales teams efficiencies and processes.
- Drive Retail sales and develop strong network of Distribution and Franchisees
- Achieve signup and revenue targets and build a strong pipeline
- Drive Cross sell of value added products like DCC and Cash at POS to optimize revenue objectives
- Manage and provide leadership to Sales team
- Manage Team Productivity
- Micro manage the team activities to ensure high levels of success
- Conduct monthly and yearly performance reviews with team members
- Coach and develop team members for future growth
- Perform daily reporting utilizing KPIs to gauge team efficiency
- Work to maintain a high level of morale among team members
- Give beat plans to the sales and relationship team and do ongoing supervision of duties assigned to the team
- Allocate targets and assign territories/zones to the FOS
- Drive incentives/contests and ensure the team is motivated for achieve business objective
- Implement team building activities to create a healthy work environment
- Motivate the t
