QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Associate degree or higher in CS, CIS, MIS, Relevant work experience may substitute for required education.
Minimum 3 Years supporting server and client/server-based IT systems running on Microsoft Windows Server and SQL
Strong sense of customer/solution ownership, an overall drive for excellence, and a proven ability to manage assigned project tasks to successful completion
Excellent customer service and communications skills along with ability to maintain productive team collaboration
Ability to troubleshoot, interpret logs, document steps to reproduce software bugs, process problems or other issues which create application errors
Strong problem-solving abilities
Does not require software development experience
Able to work independently on tasks assigned
PREFERRED SKILLS
ITIL framework and SDLC methodologies
Understanding of client server technologies and relational database concepts desired
