We have opening of Administration cum Front Desk Executive in Surat.

Keeping stock details for Stationery and Toiletries /Keep up materials; placing order well in advance to prevent inconvenience and interruption to the day to day work.

Checking everyday milk consumption.

Tracking housekeeping & cleaning of office; coordination with Housekeeping vendor & pantry boy.

Handling of receipt and delivery of documents.

Making entry for inward / outward in to register and in to ERP

Handing over the docs to concerned person / department with received signature on the register
-
Receiving all the calls at front desk and diverting it to concerned person / department with brief details of call. In absence of a concerned person take a message and convey.
