Required Account Manager.
Job Location: - Pune ( Tingre Nagar).
Experience: - 6+ Years .
Experience of automotive Industry & Manufacturing Industrial accounting is Mandatory.
Interview Mode: - Only F2F.
Notice Period: Immediate or less than 15days will be Preferred.
Job Profile :
Tally and/or software entry of Sales & Purchase Invoices, Payment receipts, Debit/Credit Notes, Bank Reconciliation, Payment Transfers, Inventory, Taxation related transactions.
Management payroll system entries for Employees. (PF, ESIC, Attendance, Leave etc).
Prepare Management Information System (A daily/weekly/monthly Report for Management giving details about overall aspect of business).
Salary Calculation, Issuing Salary Slips, Calculation of Bonus, Incentive, and Overtime etc.
Payment Follow-up with Customers. Timely Ledger submission to creditors and debtors.
Processing Bank payments to vendors.
Processing of all tax payments (GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC & Adv Tax) and filing respective returns as per due dates.
Meeting with CA, CS and other taxation related consultants.
Preparation of quarterly balance sheet & Advance tax calculation.
