Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic faults in manufacturing machinery.
Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on all equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve machinery breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
Ensure all machines are kept clean and in optimal working condition.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Assist the Senior Maintenance Manager in developing and implementing maintenance strategies.
Report daily maintenance activities and issues to the Senior Maintenance Manager.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
Identify and recommend improvements to machinery performance and maintenance procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) with Electrical and Electronics specialization.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience working in a maintenance role within a manufacturing company.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic issues in machinery.
Strong understanding of electrical and electronic principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to machinery maintenance.
