Help Shape the Future for Speech Intelligence Can you assist us by providing important data that will expand and improve speech recognition technology? We are seeking valuable collections from 150 individuals who exhibit a speech stutter and would be willing to record a number of prompts to fulfil the needs of this project.  There are two components to this project, both requiring you to simply record your speech into Appen\'s audio mobile recorder via your smartphone. • The first component will screen you by asking you to read 14 speech recordings and pass the qualifying variables that we\'re seeking in order to reach the second stage. For example, you may be asked to simply read out \"Jim quickly realized that the beautiful gowns are expensive.\"   • The second component should you be successful in the screening stage will require you to record 111 spontaneous speech recordings in a quiet indoor environment. For example, you may be asked to simply answer the prompt “How would you ask your assistant for the time in your favourite city in Europe? ” To proceed with the application, please click the link below which will direct you to the Appen career page: https://connect.appen.com/qrp/public/jobs?sref=db65f7a134e32cbed63206c93c664b75 Once your account has been created, click the \'All Projects\' Tab and look for \'Alapaha\' .
