We are currently looking for an Online Sales Operation Assistant to:

Assist in planning and execution of online promotional campaigns/activities
Help organized products information in our centralized platform to ensure consistent and high-quality data across all online sales channels.
Support for preparing games related product assets, price-list, promotion schedule
Maintain the process for product creation and catalogue information
Build tools to partially automate some of the work
Assist to address customers’ queries to ensure customer satisfaction
Run analysis online sales campaigns and activities performances
