Currently we're hiring Development Manager to join our existing team in central Tokyo to provide technical deliverables to engage with client and facilitate communication internally and externally.
Development Manager
Supervise that the team is executing to plan daily,follow-up about individual tasks
Ensure a solid and scalable architecture, review of software design documents
Carry out root cause analysis for production problems, ensuring that critical issues are fixed as soon as possible
Deal with schedule for external teams, risks and issues as soon as possible
Clarify roles and responsibilities within a project
Clarify project objective and point out differences of opinion, misunderstandings and other disconnections in order to set the project on the right course
Clarify project reporting structure
Enable smooth communication between team members
Clarify the communication with external teams
Has experience of working with Japanese clients
With development experience
