Job Description

Data entry & administrative duties
Campaign-tracking and monthly post-sales reports for all retail campaigns
Take on any tasks as assigned by Marketing Manager
Support office administration
Support retail administration for island wide stores (eg, duty rosters, monthly overtime record, leave forms, update commission data, inventory transfer, etc)
Promo keys setting in POS (Point of Sales)

Job Requirements

Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Business / Retail / Marketing
At least 2 years’ working experience (preferably in the Retail Industry)
With knowledge in POS as an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially excel
Must be comfortable with numbers, and able to present reports effectively in Excel (pivot tables, etc)
Must be meticulous, efficient and able to multi-task
Pleasant, good attitude and interpersonal skills
