PHWe are looking for highly motivated Online Sales Agents to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over our website and Facebook page and in maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective Online Sales Agent must be adept with Facebook and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable with typing as well as dealing with complaints and doubts via chat.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities
· Answer queries from the website or Facebook pages
· Inform customers about a product or service using scripts
· Take and process orders in an accurate manner
· Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
· Keep records of sales and note useful information
Qualifications:
· Female
· 20 – 40 years old
· Must have good command of spoken and written Tagalog
· Internet and Social Media Savvy
· Typing speed
· Highly Motivated, hardworking and a team player
· Experience in Sales or as a promodizer is preferred, but not required
· Makati,Mandaluyong,Taguig,Pateros,and Pasay residents preferred, but not required
· Amenable to working in a shifting schedule
