INSenior Business Analyst/Assistant Manager - Sales Support & Business Development - Market Research - KPO
Basic Function :
We are looking for Senior Business Analyst to support the Sales team, Marketing and Engagement Managers. The person should track progress on assigned projects and keep track of tasks assigned to team and completion of items and assist with Project-ID setup for new engagements
Essential Functions :
- 3-6 years of relevant experience to support the Sales team, Marketing and Engagement Managers.
- Ability to track progress on assigned projects and keep track of tasks assigned to team and completion of items
- Assist with Project-ID setup for new engagements
- Proficient in research in order to research industries and data management trends.
- Create and update dossier on competitors to EXL.
- Able to find needed information to help create use cases for clients
- Provide research on customer targets (i.e. background, org chart, strategic goals, financial performance, etc.)
- Working as part of the pre sales team and supporting sales teams by providing relevant market, competitive insights through extensive market research
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to support team with keeping SugarCRM and Salesforce (EXL) in sync - Ability to organize conference leads within Excel and document progress of follow-up
- Skilled in Editing- both from a visual standpoint and in English
- Assistance scheduling Beyond Codes (lead generation) calls
- Ability to work with sales team to book travel
