Job Description

Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting Ethernet and IP configuration, DSL understanding, Virtual Machines  

Proficiency in Microsoft support tools, such as DNS, storage and networking  

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration tools like SFB / ZOOM / WebEx  

Advanced knowledge of patch management and software installation  

Responsible for checking alerting systems and managing system alerts. 
Advanced knowledge of networking and services in the Microsoft environment (Windows 10 , Office 365 )
