- Define spare parts and service sales opportunities in the region in order to achieve revenue targets
- Visit customers and conduct outdoor parts and service sales
- Achieve sales goals and objectives set by the organization Prepare quotations for customers, follow up on sales, process orders and organize spare parts delivery and payments
- Develop strategic plans and accurate forecasts for territory and accounts
- Establish a visit plan and schedule regular visits with customers
- Conduct regular visits to customers’ job sites to inspect machines and leverage parts and service sales opportunities
- Must have a digree in Engineering
- Experience in sales.
- Knowledgeable in heavy equipment.
- Customer service principles and practices.
- Knowledge of the workshop and parts stock.
- Good communication skills – verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Attention to details and good listening skills.
- Ability to collect information/data and process customer orders.
