Job Description

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Facilities Department in support of all the Wendy’s UAE stores.
The role is responsible for:
Maintaining and repairing ventilation and air-conditioning system and equipment
Identifying maintenance risk on equipment
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC system

Skills

• Education: 2 years full time Diploma / Trade Certificate in MEP, HVAC or Refrigeration
• Knowledge of standard kitchen equipment such as freezers, walk-in chillers, cold rooms
• Minimum 2 years experience in the F&B environment
• UAE driver’s license required
• Awareness on Dubai and Abu Dhabi municipality standards
• Displays initiative and commitment to the service levels of the Facilities Department
