Position Summary: The guest services supervisor will be responsible to coordinate the activities of the Pacrim travel services office, including the supervision of reservation clerks.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of guest services agents to ensure proper handling of a client and guest inquiries.
- Prepare employee weekly schedule according to business forecasts, payroll budget guidelines and productivity requirements.
- Continuously monitor staff to ensure performance standards are being met, coach those who are not meeting the goal and work with them on the spot to correct behaviors.
- Ensure that guest service agents are always attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, employees and other Pacrim managers.
- Provide effective leadership to all team members.
- Provide feedback to operations team to ensure all staff have accurate and timely information on updates and changes.
Education/Essential Skills Requirements:
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 to 5 years experience in supervisory position preferred.
