PHESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Designs and populates advanced/custom Websites, Mobile Websites and Landing Pages.
Develops approved design according to best practices in WordPress CMS.
Works directly with Designers and Project Managers to design the overall look and feel of
websites.
Creates timeline/schedule for requirements.
Responsible for meeting expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality.
Effectively manages all projects assigned by manager and/or coordinators.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Web Development, Programming, or equivalent
experience is required.
Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of web design experience and a portfolio readily available.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
The incumbent/candidate must be detail oriented, well organised, and self-motivated.
The incumbent/candidate must have knowledge of HTML, CSS, Photoshop, WordPress and best
practise plugins and themes (Genesis, Beaver Builder)
Sketch, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, PHP, mysql experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly in various technical and creative
environments, while delivering quality work by tight deadlines, are key attributes of this individual.
Must have strong creative, technical and analytical skills.
Must possess excellent communication skills in both technical and business environments.
