Job Description

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide them with administrative support
Respond to chat and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Providing assistance and information to customers, answering their questions, suggesting solutions or redirecting requests to other relevant staff
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and company policies
Translating texts and emails from Armenian-English and vice versa.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related fields
