Salary$45k- $55k + super
Your main responsibilities will include:
Liaise with clients and suppliers (dealerships, transport companies, after-market accessories providers etc) to make sure that expectations are met and delivered on time
Manage up to 50 customers at any given time
Provide assistance to a dedicated Sales consultant
Provide ongoing feedback and updates to clients weekly
Coordinate and deliver vehicles to customers on premises
To be considered for this role you will have:
Highly organised and be able to multi task
Previous experience in a Sales Admin role will be preferred but not essential
Excellent communication skills, friendly, clear and confident
Sound level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure
Courteous and professional telephone manner
Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
