Description
Basic Function:
Primarily responsible for the administration of all HR-related functions and ensures compliance to the HR policies and Code of Conduct in creating a healthy working environment.
Responsible for planning, developing and implementing strategies for HR management and development, including recruitment and selection, upholding of company policy and practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, compensation and benefits, contracts, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance appraisals and quality management issues, labor problems and among others.
Ensures that the company enforces the National Labor Code.Qualifications:
1.Must have an experience as HR Supervisor or HR Manager for at least 3 years.
2. Must have at least 3-5 years experience in all facets of Human Resources. (General HR)
3. Must be knowledgeable in LABOR CODE.
4. Must have solid experience in the field of Recruitment, CompenBen, Training and Development, Labor Relations, Employee Relations and Organizational Development.
5. Single or Married
