We are looking for Part-Time Work from Home Inside Sales Agents, who will be our very own SquadVoice Inside Sales Agents. As a SquadVoice ISA, youll be tasked with calling real estate leads and politely asking a set of questions to help qualify them as eligible prospects, and then helping to schedule an appointment for a home showing with an agent with anyone interested. The entire script and all question responses are built into the app, making it super easy to get started and stay on track during a conversation.
Quality is extremely important to us, so we carefully track every call to make sure its the best experience possible.
Required - Individual with a minimum of 6 months of Experience as an Inside Sales Agent
Preferred - Individuals with a minimum of 3 Years of Calling Experience
The Requirements of this Role are:
You are extremely warm, friendly, a natural conversationalist, and instantly connect with people
You have at least 6 months of work experience in Real Estate and knowledge about how to communicate thoughtfully with real estate buyers and sellers
You are a skillful communicator, and especially able to speak clearly, succinctly, and accurately
You are authentic, trustworthy, and committed to excellence in everything you do
You have a positive attitude and are deeply tenacious, even when faced with classic challenges of phone sales such as dialing busy numbers or hearing rejection
You possess the ability to be persuasive as youll sometimes need to overcome objections
