Roles & Responsibilities
Validation of Rx/Orders: Checking of the Rx / Orders to ensure eligibility of Orders as per SOP for further execution.
Billing in SAP: Customer code creation, Order entry with approved rates and billing.
Dispatches of goods: Packing of goods as per SOP, E Way bill Generation, booking of consignment to the Logistic partners.
Tracking of consignments in transit, follow up with CFAs/Logistic partners up to delivery of consignment to the Consignee.
Complaint handling: Customer Complaint handling on account of goods delivery/Cold chain/non supply of goods/claim settlements etc.
Collection: Collection entry in SAP and knocking of the open items.
Accounts receivables / follow-up: Follow up with customers on outstanding.
Communication with Logistic partners / Customers / CFAs/and Internal customers.
