Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects. s
- Maintain and update the customer database.
- Knowledge of the GeM Portal is an added advantage
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Prepare and present reports on customer interactions and sales performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market changes to improve sales strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Graduates with 0-2 year of experience in sales or customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Should have good communication in English ( Hindi added advantage )
