Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company products/services. 
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions. 
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.   s
  • Maintain and update the customer database. 
  • Knowledge of the GeM Portal is an added advantage 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. 
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention. 
  • Prepare and present reports on customer interactions and sales performance. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market changes to improve sales strategies. 

Key Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Any Graduates with 0-2 year of experience in sales or customer relationship management. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to handle customer concerns professionally. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. 
  • Should have good communication in English ( Hindi added advantage )
