1. Associate Stores shall have good knowledge of SAP Transactions in Materials Management
2. Associate Stores shall have good communication (both Verbal / Written ) skills and shall be responsible for liasining with peers and Users in Cont Mfg Locations on salvaging and Taking action on Rejected / Non moving materials.
3. He shall be responsible for maintaining reports pertaining to Stock. The reports include inventory levels, Slow / Non moving stock etc.,
4. He shall be able to train Team members and users in Cont Mfg Plants on new concepts.
5. The Associate Stores shall be responsible for safe custody of the stock, management of space and Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
6. The Associate Stores shall be responsible for providing cost cutting ideas in the warehouse and brief team leaders on daily basis.
7. The Associate Stores needs to ensure hygienic Housekeeping, Safety and Health requirements are met in the warehouse.
8. Working in Pharma industry, well versed with Warehouse operations with adequate knowledge of cGMP activities.
