The Almanzora Group Pan-European International Property Sales Executives A highly regarded and well-established company in the Spanish property development and leisure industry, is seeking the full-time services of experienced and proactive Pan-European Property Sales Executives with a proven sales background. You will be responsible for creating your own leads from within your territory and managing those generated from all the companys marketing activity in the promotion of its property developments at their award-winning golf, family and leisure resort, Desert Springs and Beach and Village Life developments at Playa Marques and Villaricos. See: - www.desertspringsresort.es Your role will involve qualifying and developing the clients enquiry from the point of the initial contact and then through the sales process with the overall objective of closing sales. You will be responsible for arranging inspection visits to the projects, and conducting the prospective purchaser through the whole sales process, to the handover of the completed property. In effect, we give you the opportunity to build your own database of clients for which you will take responsibility for and be accountable for converting and progressing on a daily basis, with added support from our experienced company directors. The successful applicants must have the level of drive and hunger required to succeed in the industry and will be expected to show high levels of commitment as well as a passion and enthusiasm to achieve overall individual and company sales goals. The Key skills required include: - Real Estate experience with proven sales track record Passion & Desire Drive & Hunger Excellent communication and listening skills Professionalism Highly motivated The ability to close sales In return you will receive a basic salary as well as the high commission levels you would expect from achieving a high volume of sales by living and breathing the role, which will result in high levels of income. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in the overseas property industry although candidates with strong sales skills and attributes from other markets will also be considered.
