Our focus is Kaizen, so you can't help but develop!
We are talented, but we have to keep getting better. Through daily and weekly routines, we constantly strive to improve. This applies to the overall business strategies, the processes in the individual teams and the competencies of the individual employee. We like to attend Summits all over the world, and as a new tradition, all developers take a yearly group to NDC in Copenhagen. If you want a personal path, this is definitely an option. At present, we have developers undergoing training in the Master of Architecture and Management, Master of Data Science and Big Data, and ISTQB certification with a launch for CPX 360 in Vienna.
